Booking Abida as a speaker: common questions
Is it really free for student events?
Yes. There is no speaker fee for campus events run by students, such as student associations, BEM, and investment clubs. For events outside Greater Jakarta, the host covers travel and accommodation. Dates depend on availability, so reach out early.
Why is there no fixed price for organizations?
Because no two events are the same. The fee depends on the format, duration, audience, location, and how much research the content needs. Share those details over WhatsApp and you will get a clear quote, usually within a day.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally two to four weeks before the event, so the session can be prepared for your audience. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway and availability will be confirmed right away.
Can the session be online?
Yes. Sessions can be in person or online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or whichever platform you use.
Can the content be tailored to our theme?
Yes, and it always is. Share your theme, audience, and goals, and the session is built from there rather than recycled from the last event.
Can Abida join as a moderator or panelist instead?
Yes. Besides solo talks, Abida is available as a panelist, a moderator, or a workshop lead.
What language are sessions in?
English or Indonesian, whichever suits your audience.
Can we record and publish the session?
For the Communities & organizations package, rights to publish photos and recordings are included. For campus events, just confirm it when we talk.
